Dr. Slade received his BS in Biology at Idaho State University and later his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Touro College of Dental Medicine in New York. In dental school, he received the Excellence in Operative Dentistry award among cohorts.

He has always had a passion for education and continues to learn modern dentistry to promote better health in the community. He is grateful to serve as a healthcare provider. Outside of the office, Dr. Slade likes to hunt, fish, bike, and spend time with his wife and three daughters.
